1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Lessons and Services

We offer a variety of horse riding lessons for all levels, from beginners to experienced riders. Our lessons are conducted at our facility located at 10 Bayfront Ave, B1-15 & #01-83 The Shoppes, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956. Lessons can be booked through our website or by contacting us via email at help@horserideez.com or phone at +65 6688 6088.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Payment for lessons must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept cash and major credit cards. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Safety and Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our riders, horseback riding can be a dangerous activity. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in horse riding. HorseRide and its instructors will not be liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during lessons.

5. Code of Conduct

All riders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on our premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by our instructors will result in immediate termination of the lesson without refund.

6. Personal Belongings

HorseRide is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in a secure location during lessons.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website.
